Boise Ketamine Clinic has served as Idaho’s trusted referral center for treatment-resistant mental health conditions and chronic pain since 2015. We partner with major hospitals including St. Luke’s and St. Alphonsus to offer specialized interventional psychiatry treatments including ketamine infusion therapy, SPRAVATO® (esketamine nasal spray), ketamine-assisted therapy, and NAD+ IV therapy. Our founder is a dual-credentialed CRNA/PMHNP with advanced training in psychedelic medicine, leading a multidisciplinary team of psychiatric nurse practitioners, licensed counselors, somatic practitioners, and registered nurses.
Patients who may benefit from referral include those experiencing treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, or chronic pain conditions such as CRPS, fibromyalgia, and neuropathic pain. Our interventions are particularly effective for individuals who have not responded to multiple medication trials or therapeutic approaches, as well as those experiencing acute suicidal ideation requiring rapid intervention. We offer multiple treatment modalities and work with each patient to determine the most appropriate approach. Results vary by individual, and we conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine appropriateness for each patient.

After receiving your referral, we schedule an initial consultation where our medical director evaluates the patient and develops a personalized treatment protocol. We communicate the proposed treatment plan with you and maintain ongoing dialogue throughout the patient’s care. Progress reports and outcome tracking are shared regularly to ensure continuity of care. We work closely with referring providers to adjust treatment approaches as needed based on patient response and clinical indicators.
